Best Events of 2024

🌞Summer Party
Our Summer Party at Upplace was all about connection, celebration, and delicious indulgence. We honored colleagues who reached incredible milestones—5, 10, and 15 years of dedication to our company—with heartfelt applause. The comfy, colorful atmosphere and laid-back conversations made it a day to remember.

🏞️ Teambuilding Day – Marisel Mountains 
This year’s teambuilding event at Dupa Ski La wU in the Marisel Mountains brought us closer as a team. Against a backdrop of breathtaking views, we bonded over shared moments, great food, and a collective mission to give back by cleaning the forest—a perfect blend of camaraderie, nature, and purpose.

🎄 Christmas Party
Our Christmas Party was the grand finale of the year, filled with holiday cheer, delicious treats, and festive fun. A perfect way to celebrate the season and the success of 2024 together.

CSR Initiatives: Making a Difference

We proudly supported 5 impactful charity initiatives this year, reflecting our commitment to giving back to the community.

🍲 A Warm Meal/ O Masa Calda
Our volunteers joined the Communal Kitchen in Cluj-Napoca and helped prepared meals for those in need – with care, compassion, and a developing a sense of belonging.

🚶‍♂️ Walking Month
Our colleagues walked together in teams for a noble cause, raising 2,574 RON while boosting our health and team spirit.

🎁 St. Nicholas Charity Fair
Through DIY workshops and handmade items, we raised 3,380 RON for Centrul de Îngrijiri Paliative Pediatrice “Sfântul Hristofor” in just three hours. A heartwarming effort that showed the power of creativity and teamwork.

💖 Donations

  • Asociația Păsări : We sponsored education and care for children with serious illnesses.
  • Local Schools and Kindergartens: Provided sponsorships for educational resources where employees’ children study.

Blog & Social Media Revival

This year, our blog came back to life with fresh, engaging content, sharing stories of our journey and achievements.

Our social media journey shifted from a corporate tone to a more people-centered vibe. Highlights include:

  • +169% reach growth: Over 7,444 accounts reached in the past 90 days organically.
  • +62.5% engagement: A reflection of our renewed connection with our audience.
  • Instagram Reels: Bringing our stories to life with the help of our branding volunteers team and expanding our reach.
