You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures and real life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability) and are going to be part of a team aimed at designing and implementing enterprise level solutions.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze and design the services and interface specifications for our Enterprise Service Bus based on webMethods Integration Server
- Maintain and further develop our integration data model based on industry standards (BiPro, OMDS, CMIS, …)
- Cooperation with the business units to determine and specify the requirements for the services accordingly
- Develop and implement requirements analyses
- Create and maintain service specifications
- Collect functional and non-functional requirements
- Create technical specifications such as data models and business rules for the implementation
- Collect acceptance criteria and define test scenarios
- Documentation and modeling of service interfaces (integration data model)
- 3rd level support
- Test support for the testing team and the customer
- Customer support.
Required skills
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in IT, Economics or other relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of requirements engineering (ideally in the insurance environment)
- Knowledge of XML, including XML schemas (XSD)
- Basic knowledge of web services (SOAP / REST)
- Knowledge of requirements modeling (UML)
- Capable of analytical and solution oriented thinking
- Able to quickly familiarize with technical issues in order to advise the customer on IT implementations in the best possible way
- Very good communication skills
- Capable to deliver optimized solutions based on the client’s needs
- Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time and maintaining high quality standards
- Structured, organized working style, with an ambition to deliver quality results in limited time
- Able to effectively assess issues and provide stakeholder support
Desirable skills
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Safe)
- German language skills
- Experience in the Insurance field.
