This year’s team-building event was unlike any other. Set in the breathtaking Marisel Mountains, we spent the day connecting with nature, bonding with our colleagues, and contributing to a meaningful cause. Here’s a glimpse of the incredible day we had:
The Perfect Location: Dupa Ski la Wu, Marisel Mountains
We had a perfect backdrop for our one-day adventure. Nestled in the Apuseni region of Romania, the Marisel Mountains offered us sweeping views, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings. Our base for the day, Dupa Ski la Wu, is a charming location that seamlessly blends modern comfort with the rustic beauty of the mountains. It was the ideal spot to unwind and reconnect as a team.
Food Cooked with Love( including traditional pancakes and doughnuts)
No team-building event is complete without great food, and Dupa Ski la Wu didn’t disappoint!
We were treated to a delicious spread, but the highlight was the homemade traditional pancakes and doughnuts. Prepared with love, these sweet treats gave us the energy to fully enjoy the day’s activities and added a comforting touch of Romanian tradition to our experience.

Between the laughter and fresh air, our team-building activities kept us on our toes all day and the fun games encouraged collaboration and interaction.
Our CSR Initiative: A Cleaner, Greener Forest
This year, we wanted to do more than just have fun—we wanted to give back. We rolled up our sleeves and dedicated part of our day to a CSR initiative, cleaning the beautiful forests of the Marisel Mountains. It was a rewarding experience as we managed to gather a lorry full of rubbish, leaving the forest cleaner and healthier. The entire team got involved, and by the end of the day, we felt proud knowing that we had contributed to preserving the natural beauty of this area.
Motivational Moment: Vlad Pop’s Inspiring Speech
The day was capped off with a motivational speech from Vlad Pop, an ultramarathon runner.
Vlad’s story of endurance, passion, and resilience left us all inspired. He spoke about his work with Asociatia Pasari, an organization that sponsors children with serious illnesses have a chance to education. His words reminded us of the power of purpose and the impact that one person—or team—can have when driven by a strong mission.
Our one-day team-building event was filled with meaningful activities, good food, and moments of reflection. It was a day to remember, not only because of the fun we had but also because of the positive impact we made together.
